Senior Account Manager – Managed IT Services\n\nManchester (Office-Based)\n£35,000–£55,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits\n\nWe are currently partnering with a rapidly growing UK-based technology solutions provider that specialises in delivering business-focused IT services to organisations across multiple sectors. Their service offering includes managed IT support, cyber security, cloud solutions, infrastructure, networking, backup and disaster recovery, and strategic IT consultancy.\n\nKnown for their customer-first approach and strong technical expertise, the business supports clients with digital transformation initiatives, operational resilience, and long-term IT strategy.\n\nDue to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities for further account development and revenue growth.\n\nThe Role\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Account Manager with experience within the IT services or MSP sector who enjoys building long-term relationships and delivering value-led technology solutions.\n\nYou will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of business customers, ensuring their technology solutions continue to align with their evolving business requirements. Working alongside internal technical teams, you will support clients across managed services, cloud, cyber security, infrastructure, and support solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and develop relationships across an existing client base\nIdentify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT services\nConduct regular service and account reviews to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a proactive and seamless service experience\nCollaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored technology solutions\nContribute to overall business growth through strategic account developmentAbout You\n\nProven experience within an Account Management role in IT services, MSP, or technology solutions\nStrong understanding of managed IT services, cloud technologies, and cyber security\nCommercially astute with a track record of growing accounts and generating revenue\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nOrganised and capable of managing multiple accounts strategically\nSelf-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindsetWhat’s On Offer\n\n£35,000–£55,000 basic salary\nUncapped commission structure\nOffice-based role in Manchester\nClear progression opportunities within a high-growth organisation\nSupportive and collaborative working environment\nCompetitive benefits packageSend a CV to (url removed)
