Are you someone who thrives on being active, adaptable, and making a real impact on the lives of others?
\nDo you want a role where every day feels meaningful and no two days are ever the same?
\nIf so, you might be the person we’re looking for!
\nWe are looking for two compassionate, energetic, and flexible individuals to join our dedicated team of SEN Teaching Assistants. This role is perfect for individuals who want more than a job, they want purpose.
\nYou’ll be supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs in a specialist setting where education is bespoke, personalised, and built around each child’s unique journey.
\n08:30 – 15:30 | Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
\nFull-time preferred for pupil continuity, but part-time can be discussed
\nOur pupils deserve consistency, so full-time is ideal, but we’re open to discussing part-time for the right person. We also need adaptable team members who can support across different classes when needed. Flexibility is key here, but you’ll never be without the support of your colleagues.
\nWhat you'll be doing:
\nWhat we're looking for:
\nYou don’t need to have SEN experience, just the right mindset and a genuine care to support young people.
\nIf you are:
\n…then we can support you with the rest.
\nHere's Why You'll Love It:
\nThis is not a linear, predictable job and that’s what makes it so rewarding.
\nYou’ll go home knowing you’ve made a difference, supported a pupil to achieve something new, or helped a young person feel seen, understood, and valued.
\nIf you’re ready to start a role where your work truly matters, we’d love to hear from you so apply now or contact your local Reed office and ask to speak with Sophie Lamont in the education team.
