Our staff are dedicated professionals who share a strong commitment to pupil wellbeing, personalised learning, and creating an environment where every student feels valued and understood.We are looking for someone who:• Is a qualified teacher (QTS), ideally with experience in SEN or a strong interest in developing their skills in this field.• Has a deep understanding of English education and the ability to adapt teaching to a wide range of needs and abilities.• Desirable - experience delivering phonics• Is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about supporting students with diverse learning profiles• Can work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals• Is reflective, resilient, and committed to continuous professional growthApplicants should have a clear understanding of effective teaching, raising and sustaining achievement, and the care and support of complex individuals. They should have a vision and a drive to deliver meaningful and personalised curricula.
