Regional Facilities Manager

Regional Facilities Manager to join a leading logistics / supply chain business overseeing a portfolio of distribution centres across the South of England. You will be responsible for the delivery of a consistent approach to Facilities Management overseeing maintenance and CAPEX projects across the Estate.\n\nThis is a hybrid role requiring regular travel to sites.\n\nKey responsibilities of the Regional Facilities Manager:\n\nCarry out regular site inspections to determine key service, repairs and maintenance requirements. \nEnsure the organisation has the most suitable working environment for its employees and operations.\nWork with key stakeholders to manage and develop a supply base across the facilities management category (service providers, suppliers, consultants etc)\nManage and ensure health & safety / compliance across the estate of all planned and statutory maintenance works.\nOversee contractor management, including performance as required.\nIdentify cost saving initiatives across the Estate\nDelivery of CAPEX projects across the portfolio\nIdentify Energy saving / Sustainability initiatives \n\nPerson Specification\n\nExperience managing FM for a multi site portfolio ideally within the logistics sector\nNEBOSH General Certificate\nIWFM accreditation (desirable)\nStrong financial acumen\nExcellent knowledge of M&E services\nTrack record of delivering CAPEX projects \n\nSalary / Package\n\n£65,000 - 75,000\nCar / Car allowance\n25 days holiday\nPension contribution\nPrivate health insurance\nAccess to corporate benefits\nHybrid working \n\nAt Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
