Regional Account Manager – Construction/Infrastructure/Utilities\n\nSalary: up to £50,000 Basic (DOE) +£15,000 OTE Uncapped + Company Car Allowance\n\nLocation: Yorkshire and Surrounding Areas (field based)\n\nAt Wireless CCTV we’re continuing to grow our hugely successful Managed Services Sales division within the Construction/Infrastructure/Utilities sector. To support this growth, we’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven, experienced Regional Sales Account Manager to develop new business and grow existing customer accounts across the Yorkshire and Surrounding Areas.\n\nThis is a field-based role, suited to an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on building long-term relationships, identifying opportunities on site, quoting those opportunities on the day and closing 10+ deals per month.\n\nOnly candidates living in the surrounding areas will be considered.\n\nThe Regional Account Manager Role Overview: \n\nAttend meetings booked by yourself and the internal Business Development Executive (BDE) team and fully explore the customer needs/requirements. \nArranging site prospecting visits where you will introduce the business.\nBe knowledgeable of our most relevant products and services (Stellifii) and know how to tailor them to support the customers’ needs.\nIdentify new sales leads and schedule your own meetings, along with meetings booked by the BDE team.\nExplore and develop all commercial opportunities for the company. \nMaximise revenue and negotiate on the best possible commercial terms. \nThis role will be field based, and you will travel to customer sites across Yorkshire and surrounding areas. \nAchieve your KPIs and strive to exceed headline activity. The Benefits for a Regional Account Manager: \n\nA basic salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience. \nAchievable individual bonus, up to £15k OTE. \nCompany Car Allowance \n25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
