Refrigeration Engineer

The Refrigeration Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment within the FMCG industry. Based in Bradford, this permanent role requires a hands-on approach and a focus on maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.\n\nClient Details\n\nThis opportunity is working for a poultry processing business that focuses on delivering high-quality products to its customers.\n\nDescription\n\nDuties will include however not be limited to;\n\nPerforming routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery - blast freezers and air conditioning maintenance\nCarrying out reactive and planned refrigeration maintenance\nDiagnosing faults and identifying non repairable issues\nEnsuring compliance with health and safety standards during all maintenance activities.\nCollaborating with the production team to schedule and prioritise maintenance tasks.\nRecommending replacements and repair solutions where required\nMaintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.\nEnsuring all equipment is operating safely and efficientlyProfile\n\nThe successful candidate will have;\n\nPrevious experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance\nStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills\nAbility to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team\nGood teamwork and communication skills\nF-Gas certification - desirableJob Offer\n\nWorking hours are Monday to Friday - 6am - 5pm\n\nAnnual salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000\n\nAccess to a free canteen on-site.\n\nFree onsite parking
