\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n

• Manage referrals from local authorities, ensuring placements are matched to children's needs.
\n
• Communicate effectively with local authorities, foster families, and social workers.
\n
• Utilize your initiative to find creative solutions for foster placement requests.
\n
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
\n

\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n

\n
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
\n
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families.
\n
• Experience in children's services is a plus, but not essential.
\n
