It’s a well-established organisation with excellent training, support, and career progression.\n\n They are recruiting Employment Advisors for a new long-term contract in Hillingdon.\n\n You’ll support people with health conditions or disabilities into work as an IPS Employment Specialist. This is a community-based role working across sites including Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts.
Travel between sites is paid.\n\n You’ll manage a caseload of around 25 participants, helping them build confidence, find suitable jobs, and sustain employment.\n\n Full training is provided, so recruitment, sales, B2B, employability, or support work backgrounds are all welcomed.\n\n Please note:\n\nPermanent, full-time role\nMonday to Friday, 9am–5pm\nCommunity-based role (no home working)\nMust live within travelling distance of Hillingdon\nPlease apply via this advert.
