Quantity Surveyor - London\n\nProject duration: Ongoing\n\nSalary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum\n\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nSite Hours: Flexible (site visits are a must)\n\nUKR Group is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to start ASAP in a job in London.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n-Producing applications for payment in line with contract requirements.\n\n-Pricing simple works using schedules of rates.\n\n-Assisting in CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) reporting and project financial tracking.\n\n-Managing CEMAR portals for NEC infrastructure projects.\n\n-Recording, tracking, and assisting with Variations Orders (VO’s).\n\n-Monitoring and reporting payment status, including contract payments and exceeded costs.\n\n-Supporting commercial and operational teams with project cost management.\n\n-Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.\n\n-Attending site visits and liaising with site teams to ensure commercial efficiency.\n\n-Assisting with contract administration and ensuring compliance with NEC contract procedures.\n\nSkills:\n\n-Strong understanding of quantity surveying and commercial management within the construction industry.\n\n-Knowledge of NEC contracts and infrastructure project processes.\n\n-Experience with CEMAR portals and contract administration systems.\n\n-Good understanding of schedules of rates and pricing works.\n\n-Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.\n\n-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n-Ability to build and maintain client relationships.\n\n-Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\n-Confident working both on-site and from the office.\n\n-Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and commercial reporting systems.\n\nRequirements:\n\n-Minimum 3 years’ experience within construction and/or demolition sectors.\n\n-Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.\n\n-Understanding of CVR reporting and commercial procedures.\n\n-Experience working on NEC infrastructure projects is advantageous.\n\n-Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or equivalent qualification preferred.\n\n-Full Right to Work in the UK.\n\nAll applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK
