Project Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a well-regarded and busy main contractor specialising in façade and cladding remediation projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.The successful candidate will oversee two live projects valued between £2m–£5m, operating under JCT Design & Build contracts.\nRequirements\n * Degree Qualified\n * Main contracting background\n * Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience\n * Experience administering JCT D&B contracts (desirable)\nRole Overview\n * Predominantly office-based in Cardiff\n * Weekly site visits to designated projects\n * Commercial management of multiple live projects\n * Cost control, valuations, subcontractor management, and reporting\nWhat’s on Offer\n * Competitive salary ranging between £50K - £60K + car allowance & full package\n * Supportive and progressive working environment\n * Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities
