Operations Manager

PFC Careers are working with a highly respected medium sized main contractor to recruit a Senior Project/Operations Manager.

The company in question work for a number of prestigious clients and projects can range in value from 500k- £5m. They are well known for their high quality workmanship as well as their friendly office environment. They have a very experienced management team who all have been with the business for a long time.

You will be responsible for overseeing all the companies projects with a number of Project and Site Managers reporting in to you. You will deal with the projects from inception to completion. One of the key aspects of the role is communication both internally and externally. The company benefit from a lot of repeat business due to the relationships they have built over the years.

You will be reporting directly in the MD and will be given a lot of autonomy in the role. The transition in to this role will be well managed as it has been something the business has been planning for, for a number of months.

The role would probably suit someone at Contracts Manager who is looking to take the step up or someone who is already at an Operations Manager level role.
