Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Mobile Maintenance Electrician\nWest London\n£40-45k\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a growing facilities maintenance team covering commercial and mixed-use sites across West London.\nThe Mobile Maintenance Electrician Role:\nYou will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and general building services tasks while ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service are maintained at all times.\nKey Mobile Maintenance Electrician duties include:\n * Carrying out reactive and planned electrical maintenance\n * Completing fault finding, repairs, and minor installation works\n * Supporting small project and refurbishment works\n * Working to SLA response and completion times\n * Updating jobs and reports through the CAFM/PDA system\n * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures\n * Maintaining accurate service records and reporting follow-on works\n * Supporting with additional multi-skilled maintenance tasks when required\n * Participating in an out-of-hours callout rota on a rota basis\nMobile Maintenance Electrician Requirements:\nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\n * City & Guilds or NVQ electrical qualification\n * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n * Experience within facilities maintenance or building services\n * Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience\n * Good communication and customer-facing skills
