The successful KS2 Teacher will:

• Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning for all pupils
• Demonstrate high expectations for achievement, behaviour and inclusion
• Be organised, adaptable and responsive to the differing needs and learning styles of pupils
• Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine desire to make a positive difference to children's educational experiences
• Be patient, caring, empathetic and approachable
• Have the ability to challenge, support and motivate both pupils and colleagues
• Contribute positively to the continued development and improvement of the school
• Ideally have Therapeutic Thinking training or experience of using therapeutic approaches to support positive behaviour
• Able to commute to Broxbourne
