Interim FP&A Manager\n📍 Nottingham | Hybrid (3 days on site)\n💰 c. £400 per day\n📅 3+ month assignment\n\nGleeson are supporting a fast-paced modern client of ours in the search for an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to join them during a key period of strategic and commercial growth.\n\nThis is a hands-on role with strong exposure to senior leadership, where you'll lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis across the group. You'll play a key role in providing meaningful insight that supports strategic decision-making and long-term planning.\n\nKey responsibilities of the Interim FP&A Manager:\n\nLead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles\nBuild and enhance complex financial models and scenario analysis\nDeliver board-level reporting and commercial insight\nAnalyse performance against budget and forecast\nSupport strategic projects, investment decisions and M&A activity\nPartner with senior stakeholders across finance and operations\nLead and develop a small FP&A teamWhat we're looking for:\n\nACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (QBE accepted if clear FP&A experience throughout career)\nStrong FP&A background within a listed or technology-focused environment\nAdvanced Excel and financial modelling capability\nStrong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting\nConfident communicator with experience partnering senior stakeholders\nAble to work at pace across multiple projects and prioritiesThis is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available (or on no more than one week notice) FP&A professional looking to make a real impact in a thriving, commercially focused business.\n\nFor this role, please note:\n\nCandidates must have full right to work in the UK without the need for any sponsorship.\nCandidates must be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Nottingham to accommodate 3 days minimum onsite - this is non-negotiable.\nCVs clearly demonstrating a local base will be prioritised.At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
