Housing Officer

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a Local Authority Client in West London.\n\nIn this role you will manage a patch of tenancies and estates, providing a proactive and customer-focused housing management service to residents.\n\nDuties:\n\nManage a patch of tenancies, leases and licences, providing day-to-day housing management.\nHandle anti-social behaviour cases and support resolution with residents and partners.\nCarry out estate inspections, tenancy checks and ensure properties are well managed.\nDeliver a responsive, customer-focused service, resolving queries and neighbourhood issues.Qualifications and Experience:\n\nThe successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:\n\nExperience in housing management, tenancy sustainment or a similar frontline service role.\nExperience dealing with customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.\nExperience of managing a varied workload and prioritising competing demands.\nExperience working with residents, partners or stakeholders in a community-focused environment.What's on offer:\n\nSalary: £23+ph\n\n*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*\n\nContract type: 3-6 months minimum\n\nHours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week\n\nHow to apply:\n\nOnce your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.\nDue to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
