KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors.\n\nJob Title: Health and Social Care Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)\nFull training and support will be given to trainee candidates to achieve a recognised Assessor award\n\nLocation: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across Sheffield, Nottingham, Derby and surrounding\n\nSalary: £31,100 - £32,800 (Depending on qualifications)\n\nPackage: Excellent Benefits Package, Pension, Expenses + much more\n\nType: Full Time, Permanent\n\nEssential Criteria:\nMust hold own Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 as a minimum.\nMust hold solid occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Senior Carer level or above.\nIdeally hold Assessor/Teaching qualification.\nMust have a good level of ICT skills.\nConfident to deliver Functional Skills.\nFull, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle and must be flexible with travel.Duties include:\nAssess and support learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 3). \nDeliver training and support learners with Functional Skills.\nManaging your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.\nOrganise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.\nSupport, advise and motivate learners.\nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.\nMeet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.\nAssessors are expected to take part in Learner Recruitment to maintain own caseload.Personal Skills:\nOrganisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.\nConfident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.\nQuality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.\nPlease note:\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
