Groundworks Site Manager

They're undergoing significant growth and are looking to bolster the team with additional Managers now for new starting sites. They offer a skilled Site Manager the opportunity to concentrate, purely, on running their own site from start to finish.\n\nDuties:\n\n * Daily running of civils workforce on site\n\n * Ordering materials\n\n * Writing RAMS & site documentation\n\n * Daily site diaries\n\n * Progress reports\n\n * Inducting new staff to site\n\n * Monitoring of costs & budgets\n\n * Planning work - 2,3 and 4 week look-aheads\n\n * Monitoring progress against KPI's to achieve site deadlines\n\n * Liaison with local authorities and developers\n\nExperience Required:\n\n * Must have proven experience managing groundworks projects\n\n * Must have proven experience managing roads & sewers, s278 works packages as Civils Site Manager\n\n * Must be fully capable of managing civils packages with values of £5m+\n\n * Must have full knowledge of NHBC and highways regulations\n\n * Must have: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid\n\nPay:\n\nUp to £60,000 per annum + car/allowance + pension + healthcare + holidays + fuel + discretionary bonus and more.\n\nOr CIS day rate + van + fuel card also considered (rate negotiable).\n\nThis is a permanent position and Elvet Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment agency for permanent recruitment on behalf of our client.\n\nBy applying for this job you accept the T&Cs, Privacy Notice and Disclaimers which can be found on our website.\n\nFor more info contact Andy Gray at Elvet Recruitment
