FLT Driver (Counterbalance & Reach)\n\nLocation: Stamford\n Shift: Night Shift - Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:00am\n Pay Rate: £17.23 per hour\n Duration: Temporary role - a few weeks\n Start: Immediate / ASAP\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver with valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences to support night‑shift operations at a site based in Stamford. This is a short‑term assignment for a few weeks, working Monday to Friday nights.\n\nDue to the site location, candidates must have their own transport, as it is not on a bus route and is not easily accessible via public transport.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOperating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently\nLoading and unloading goods\nMoving stock within the warehouse\nSupporting general warehouse duties as required\nAdhering to all health & safety procedures at all times\nWorking accurately to deadlines during night operations\n\nRequirements\n\nValid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences (in‑date)\nProven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment\nComfortable working night shifts\nGood attention to detail and safety awareness\nReliable, punctual, and able to commit for the full duration of the assignment\nOwn transport essential due to site location\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive pay of £17.23 per hour\nConsistent Monday to Friday night shift (no weekends)\nShort‑term opportunity with immediate start\nSupportive working environmentIf you're an experienced FLT Driver available for night work over the next few weeks and can travel to Stamford independently, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
