We coach, challenge and promote based on merit, not tenure or background.\n\nWhat Will You Be Doing?\n\nAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. From sourcing top-tier candidates to building relationships with niche clients, you'll have full ownership of the 360° recruitment process.\n\nYou’ll be:\n\n * Sourcing high-quality candidates for specialist roles\n\n * Winning and managing clients within your niche market\n\n * Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities\n\n * Working towards clear KPIs and goals\n\n * Driving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out\n\nPut simply: source candidates, win clients, do deals.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nWe care more about character than credentials, and mindset over experience.
