We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our vibrant team in Reigate. This role is ideal for an experienced early years professional who is ready to step into a leadership position, assisting in the management of our nursery and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and educational services.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall management and daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining high standards.
• Support and mentor nursery staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
• Help implement and maintain educational programs aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Engage with parents and guardians to build strong, communicative relationships and ensure satisfaction with the nursery's services.
• Assist in managing the nursery's budget, resources, and staff scheduling.
• Step in for the Nursery Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and care.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an early years setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent; higher qualifications such as EYPS/ EYT are desirable.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and engage effectively with parents.
