Senior Construction Manager – CAT B Fit Out\nLocation: Covent Garden, London\nDuration: 25 Weeks\nProject Value: £5m\n\nA leading Tier 1 fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to deliver a £5m CAT B commercial fit-out in the heart of Covent Garden.\n\nThis is a full building fit-out across 5 storeys, offering a fast-paced and high-profile project environment.\n\nThe Role\n\n * Senior CM responsible for day-to-day site delivery\n\n * Leading and coordinating all subcontractor packages on site\n\n * Chairing and running subcontractor and coordination meetings\n\n * Ensuring programme, quality, and H&S standards are maintained throughout\n\n * Working closely with the Project Manager, who will have overall project oversight\n\nKey Requirements\n\n * Strong background in CAT A / CAT B commercial fit-outs\n\n * Proven experience delivering projects in the £3m–£10m range\n\n * Confident in running site meetings and managing multiple trades\n\n * Experience working on multi-storey projects\n\n * Excellent communication and leadership skills\n\nThe Opportunity\n\n * High-profile Central London project\n\n * Well-structured team with clear roles (PM + CM split)\n\n * Immediate start available
