We are currently seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team in Carlisle. This is a specialized role, but the team is highly supportive and will specifically consider practitioners with a strong background in Child Protection or Cared for Children (LAC).

• Hourly Rate: £45 per hour.

• Work-Life Balance: Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days from home).

• Team Support: A structured environment where duty days are office-based for maximum collaboration.

• Significant experience in Child Protection, Cared for Children, or Children with Disabilities.

• Active Social Work England registration.

• The ability to work in the Carlisle office 3 days per week.

• A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for children and their families.
