The area spans the Northeast, Yorkshire & the Humber, and parts of the Northwest, extending across Scotland including the Central Belt, Borders, Highlands and Islands.\n\nWe are seeking a Digital Services Business Manager (DSBM) to spearhead the growth and adoption of our innovative digital recommendation services within the veterinary community. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for recruiting veterinary clinics to our digital platforms, driving product recommendations, and ensuring our partners are engaged and proficient with Royal Canin's digital tools. \n\nYou will be a key driver in building collaborative, long-lasting relationships with veterinary clinics and hospitals, acting as the primary point of contact for our digital services.

You will be instrumental in driving a strategy that follows the pet owner's journey and strengthens clinical recommendations for Royal Canin's nutritional solutions.\nPrivate healthcare + equal parental leave\n\nGenerous pension (up to 9% contribution)\n\nLife assurance (4x salary)\n\nEV salary sacrifice scheme\n\nGym membership & wellbeing support\n\nAnnual leave starting at 24 days, rising to 32 with service\n\n✅ What We're Looking For\nProactive and results-driven individual with a passion for digital technology and the veterinary industry.\n\nProfessional qualification in IT, science, or a related field.\n\nKnowledge and experience working with digital systems.\n\nStrong planning and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.\n\nSkills: Strong presentation, communication and IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) to support effective sales analysis and management of the territory \n\nDriver's License: A clean driving record is required. \n\nDesirable experience: \nProven track record in sales or account management.\n\nIn-depth knowledge or direct experience of the veterinary industry.\n\n🔧 Key Responsibilities\nIdentify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our digital footprint.\n\nDrive the recruitment of veterinary clinics to our digital recommendation service and increase the use of our digital platforms.\n\nEducate and train veterinary staff on the functionality and benefits of our digital systems to ensure continued engagement and success.\n\nEffectively manage a territory of up to 750 accounts, including independent and corporate veterinary clinics, hospitals, and charities.\n\nCollaborate closely with internal teams, including Veterinary Business Managers, Marketing, and Key Accounts, to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.\n\nRepresent Royal Canin at trade shows, seminars, and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador.\n\nGather and report on market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback, to help shape our strategy.\n\n🌍 What You Can Expect from Mars\nWork alongside 130,000+ Associates worldwide guided by our Five Principles\n\nBe part of a purpose-driven company shaping "the world we want tomorrow"\n\nAccess world-class training & development from day one\n\nJoin a company with an industry-leading salary and benefits package
