Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client to recruit an experienced Agricultural Solicitor with a strong background in handling complex agricultural legal matters.

In this role, you will manage a varied caseload, deliver expert legal advice, and provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of their clients.

Your ability to navigate intricate legal frameworks, coupled with strategic problem-solving skills, will be key to helping our clients achieve their objectives.

At least 3+ years PQE with solid experience in agricultural law

Advising on Farm Business Tenancies, Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies, and Grazing Licenses

Handling the sale and purchase of agricultural property and businesses

Acting for lenders on security and funding matters

Drafting and advising on development agreements such as options, easements, and overage/clawback agreements

Providing excellent client service and understanding the needs of rural and farming clients

Building and maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat work

Managing files efficiently using case management and time recording systems

Complying with professional practice rules and regulatory standards

Supporting marketing and business development activities

Taking part in ongoing training and professional development
