It also actively promotes a healthy work-life balance.As a Worksite Administrator -iManage/Worksite/Filesite you will own, maintain and provide support leadership for the Firm's document management systems. You will also maintain technical underpinnings to the document management systems. This Law Firm is constantly investing in its IT, and there are a number of exciting projects you will be able to get involved in from the out-set.Main responsibilities of the Worksite Administrator - iManage/Worksite/Filesite:OwnershipTo be the "owner" of the firm's document management systems - to be the main contact in respect of deployment, backups, restores and business continuity, change management and release management.To maintain the firms document management systems - to manage and deliver projects in respect of upgrades, maintenance, capacity management, system performance and measurement, in conjunction with relevant vendorsTo lead projects in respect of upgrades to systems, including access via remote desktop and mobile applications, including as part of office expansionTo contribute to the roadmap for continuous improvementTo contribute to the budgeting and accounting processes to maintain and evolve the systems in a responsible and innovative way.Maintenance and supportTo develop a very detailed understanding of the components that make up the systems, their purpose and their capacity and performance levels to provide a solid basis for high performing systemsTo maintain the catalogue and configuration management process for the systemsTo grow an awareness and understanding of the related systems, architecture and processes across the technology estate, including integration between systemsEssential skills of the Worksite Administrator - iManage/Worksite/Filesite:Previous technical experience in:iManage Work (Worksite, Filesite) Recommind, Research Monitor and related products and other legal information applications in use by the firm at least 3 yearsMicrosoft SQL Server - basic - desirable 3 yearsPerformance and capacity management tools, ie PerfMonPrevious experience in a professional services firm/partnership structureExperience in related supplier management, with vendors and resellersAs a Worksite Administrator you will receive a base salary of up to £60,000 plus an extensive benefits package, including a professional development program and training scheme, above industry holiday allowance, full family life and health insurance, contributory pension scheme, marriage and paternity leave, gym membership and much more.To be considered please apply within or email your CV for immediate consideration.
