Training Manager - Housebuilding DivisionBrentwood£40-45k Are you an experienced Training Manager seeking your next progressive step? This is a great opportunity to join a growing property company providing exceptional Learning and Development support to 4 regions (travel is required in this role) Partnering with the different divisions within the housebuilding area of the business, you will deliver the operational and strategic priorities through learning interventions. Responsibilities Identify learning opportunities and implement the most appropriate solutions to meet the business needs Work closely with the senior business managers providing support and guidance on people development within a specified business division whilst ensuring consistency of the learning services across the business. Plan, design and deliver a selection of learning interventions in line with learning needs identified. Co-ordinate the delivery and evaluation of external solutions in line with learning needs identified. Proactively partner with business, highlighting areas for improvement and making suggestions for action to improve employee engagement, retention and performance. Ensure all L&D information and materials are of a high quality, current legislation, regulatory guidance, policy and industry best practice. Support and collaborate with HR BP to contribute to the development of culture, employee engagement and people development and management. Manage reporting and analysis of learning data to identify development opportunities and key areas of focus. Handle status reporting on L&D projects, stakeholder communication including regular stakeholder meetings. Keep abreast of learning advancements and best practice, sharing with the L&D team and identifying opportunities to continuously improve the L&D service. Innovate and evolve current processes and practice. Provide direction and guidance to the L&D Co-ordinator on the development of the training calendar. Facilitate the complete learning intervention, to include; booking resources, diary co-ordination, delivery and evaluation. Contribute to the maintenance of the training records and monitor completion of compliance and mandatory training. Skills/Experience To be formally qualified in the field of Learning and Development.. Proven experience reporting to multiple lines of Management Manage conflicting priorities to meet deadlines and support various suppliers. Experience of developing blended solutions. Intermediate level of expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient in the use of an HR Information System or similar. Experience of working with the CITB grant process. Working with Apprenticeship standards and frameworks. Previous experience of working within the Construction Industry. Experience with LMS.
