Cranstoun has been making life better for those affected by alcohol and drugs since 1969. Our skilled and compassionate people work closely with service users and their families to change and save lives. We combine proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches and actively involve those we help in improving the design of the services we provide.
Resilience is an exciting service which has operated between Cranstoun and Claremont & Holyport GP surgery since April 2017. Resilience is ambitious at promoting recovery, integration and ambition for the residents affected by substance misuse in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.
This post is responsible for dynamic leadership on recovery interventions for the service. You will need to be able to demonstrate a robust knowledge of substance misuse services. In addition to this, demonstrate experience of leading a team and providing day-to-day support for front line workers.
Good supervisory skills are required, as well as experience of recognising and managing safeguarding concerns.
Service developments are taking place in year two of our contract, and this is an exciting time for an experienced Team Leader to come on board and be part of the robust development in bringing the service along and continuing to maintain our performance.
