We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Information and Support service team in the South West area, to support the delivery of our Integrated Information and Support Service which includes our Local Adviser service, range of telephone service and self-management programme.
You will provide local leadership and direction to our Local Adviser service and ensure the delivery of local self-management programmes to support the needs of the community affected by Parkinson’s in your area. You would be part of a UK wide Local Adviser Service which provides information and support services to people affected by Parkinson’s in the local community, and also have Service Manager colleagues across the UK.
To be successful, you will have exceptional and proven team management skills and will have had success in leading high-quality service delivery across communities of people with a long-term health condition or disability. You will have experience of leading teams who work from home and across a dispersed area. You will be able to demonstrate well developed skills in coaching, mentoring and developing teams to deliver a first-class service.
The successful candidate will be required to provide their own broadband service with a minimum download speed of 2Mb.
