You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom. As well as greeting our guests you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and housekeeping tasks relating to ensuring our exacting showroom standards are always met. It’s all about giving BMW customers an excellent first impression.
You will have proven experience of working as a receptionist in a prestigious establishment and providing an excellent customer experience in person or by telephone.
In order to facilitate a smooth transfer of the customer through each stage of the sales process, you will promote excellent customer service by greeting all customers contacting the Centre in a professional and courteous manner and in accordance with Brand Guidelines, you will distribute enquiries, passing calls and messages to colleagues in an accurate, timely and appropriate manner.
Additionally, you will be responsible for entering customer data onto the required system within stated timescales whilst providing ad-hoc administrative support including regular updates, logging tasks and compiling customer letters,
