Receptionist/Administrator Salary - £16,000 Location - Glasgow, City Centre Hours - Monday to Friday (9:30pm to 6pm) A Receptionist/Administrator is required to join this existing team in Glasgow; within the UK's biggest Insolvency Practitioner. The successful candidate should be extremely friendly, have a courteous manner, be approachable and have excellent written and spoken communication skills. Duties to include: - Answering calls, through the reception line, ensuring calls are directed to the relevant department. - Meet and greet clients, and guests, when visiting the office; offering refreshments and show them to the correct meeting area. - Ensuring reception and all meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy and set up for any meetings taking place. - Managing meeting room calendars, on a day to day basis, keeping it up to date. - Ensuring stationery stock is up to date, ordering on a weekly basis, for all departments/offices. - Record all special, recorded and pre-paid mail, which is received in the office, on a daily basis. - Scan and allocate documents, from the inbound mail, to client accounts. - Ensuring mail is franked and ready for pick up from Royal Mail. - Other ad hoc duties, including filing, scanning and general admin duties. The successful candidate will receive any training required to assist in the successful operation of the role.
