Portfolio Contracts Manager, Central London (with some UK based travel), £75k. WSS Associates is working on behalf of one of the largest property owners in the UK to help source a Portfolio Contracts Manager to oversee the management of all national contracts relating to all property management activity. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for all property management relationships including suppliers and creating strategies around them to include performance reviewing via KPIs and SLAs, identifying new opportunities relating to property management and contributing to both time and cost saving processes and procedures. Accountabilities: Being the main point of contact for all property management related relationships, a key element to this role is aiding/managing the suppliers in reviewing the service charges that are imposed by landlords and the reassessment of all business rates. You will need to review the potential in out-sourcing certain supplier's agreements for lease renewals, rent reviews, utilities contracts and schedules of condition. You will be responsible for devising overall supplier strategies in order to ensure all suppliers are up to date with the various targets, KPIs, and outcomes that need to be delivered/achieved. You will have two direct reports in this role so man-management experience is essential. Required Qualifications, Experience and Qualities: You must be either a Chartered Surveyor or a Chartered Engineer. A strong background in managing and forecasting on large budgets and creating and developing long lasting relationships both internally and externally. A proficiency in Data, Excel and Reporting is required. Experience using Tableau or Power BI is highly advantageous.
