You’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop. You’ll be answering the telephone and booking in the customers for services and repairs. Greeting and dealing with customers at the retailer. Admin duties such as invoicing and warranty claims It’s all about giving BMW Motorrad customers peace of mind.
We’re looking for previous customer service experience, along with relevant admin experience. Confident with a pleasant manner, you’ll be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, BMW Motorrad products and services.
