Cranstoun has been making life better for those affected by alcohol and drugs since 1969. Our skilled and compassionate people work closely with service users and their families to change and save lives. We combine proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches and actively involve those we help in improving the design of the services we provide.
Resilience is an exciting service which has operated between Cranstoun and Claremont & Holyport GP surgery since April 2017. Resilience is ambitious at promoting recovery, integration and ambition for the residents affected by substance misuse in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.
We are seeking two competent and knowledgeable Engagement and Recovery Workers to compliment the existing team and support the daily operations and development of the service. You should have an understanding in a range of interventions, including conducting assessments, case and prescription management, psychosocial key work interventions, group work facilitation and partnership working.
You will also have an understanding of electronic recording systems, data management, working to deadlines and completing and reviewing care plans and other essential intervention tools and documents.
