£20,138 - £26,822 per annum
35 hours per week (flexible on occasional evening/ weekend work)

We are seeking two competent and knowledgeable Engagement and Recovery Workers to compliment the existing team and support the daily operations and development of the service. You should have an understanding in a range of interventions, including conducting assessments, case and prescription management, psychosocial key work interventions, group work facilitation and partnership working.

You will also have an understanding of electronic recording systems, data management, working to deadlines and completing and reviewing care plans and other essential intervention tools and documents.

All Resilience Engagement and Recovery Workers are given the responsibility of lead roles to manage and develop. One of the successful candidates will be the lead for Needle and Syringe Programme and the other for Volunteers and Peer Mentors (please specify interest within the application).

The Needle and Syringe Programme Lead will comply with the Standard Operational Procedure in place, stock management, ordering and managing Naloxone and training internally and externally when required, including Information and Brief Advice for drugs and alcohol to professionals in the Borough.

The Volunteers/Peer Mentor Lead will manage the recruitment, retention and delivering internal Cranstoun training to induct candidates into their role.

For both roles, training and coaching will be provided by Cranstoun.
