Customer Relations Advisor - Brighton
£19,800 starting salary rising to £21,683 after 6 months
Bonus earning potential up to £2,295 pa
Shift patterns will be variable and based on a 37.5 hour contract
We're recruiting Customer Relations Advisors to join the UK's leading specialist warranty provider at their contact centre in Brighton.
You'll be the person that customers turn to when things haven't quite gone to plan. With a personable, empathetic and authentic approach, you'll listen to their complaint and concerns, before investigating the issue and looking for a resolution that gets everything back on track. Every call is different and every customer is different. So you'll be flexible in your approach, to reassure the customer that their problem will be rectified as effectively and efficiently as possible.
A natural problem solver, you'll have a real passion to deliver a first-class customer service, alongside the ability to empathise and reassure others. This is a fast-paced, targeted contact centre, so your team spirit, fantastic communication skills and ability to multi-task will be welcomed. It would also be helpful if you've worked in a highly-focused contact centre, customer service, sales or complaints role in the past, but this isn't essential.
