It is believed that there are 1729 contracts/MSA's from 215 third party colocation vendors. Team needs to identify the contracts, capture the relevant data and record in TPC database. MSA/Contract details are currently held in various shared drives, share-point sites etc. The team will engaged directly with Level 3 (now CTL) employees and the Col-location vendors as required to locate the contracts, validate the contractual information and reconcile the data with the invoices billed to Level 3 (now CTL).Data Collection & Uploada) Identify the contracts from internal and external sources (this may be multiple internal shared drives/folders, systems, individuals and/or directly to the vendors b) Extract the agreed fields or information from commercial contracts or data provided. The data or information may be in the form of Word, PDF's, TIF, Excel Spreadsheet or hard copy format.c) Upload the information into an agreed portal; utilizing pre-constructed excel templates (provided)d) Source and populate the data points from the physical inventory (PRO) associated to the contracts e) Gather and save all contracts documents in an agreed format and shared repositoryf) The respondent is to ensure that the data extraction and upload is accurate and should provide a form of quality check to determine level of accuracyGap Analysisa) In the event that contractual data is missing, the respondent should engage the relevant stakeholders to discover or ratify the gap.
