We are looking to recruit Client Support Advisors for a rewarding and dynamic role at our Leeds Office. With this role you would become a part of the UK’S largest provider of genuinely free independent debt advice and managed solutions.

That’s why we’re looking for Client Support Advisors to join our busy and dynamic team in Leeds city centre.
This is an exciting time to join our Client Support team as following the last five years of sustained growth, we’re working on an ambitious three-year transformation journey which will see us changing the way we work, helping us to help even more people become debt free.
How you’ll help
As a Debt Advisor in our Client Support team you’ll be taking inbound calls in a busy contact centre environment. You’ll be helping clients to manage their existing debt solution with annual reviews and change in circumstance reviews, giving general debt advice and providing support and advice when payments can’t be made, you will also be dealing with plan closures. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced financial environment where you will be making a real difference to the lives of people experiencing problem debt.
Our Debt Advisors need excellent communication skills, along with the ability to quickly analyse complex problems and recommend solutions. Supporting and advising vulnerable clients towards a suitable solution, you’ll need to show empathy and create rapport whilst retaining an objective, realistic, and adaptable approach. This is of course a highly emotive and challenging role, so an element of emotional resilience will be needed, but the role is also greatly rewarding for the same reasons.
Our training academy
The start date for this role will be 11th March 2019. To give you the best possible start you’ll spend your first five weeks in a training academy, giving you the skills and knowledge, you’ll need to be able to help our clients.
The five weeks you spend in a training academy are crucial therefore you will need to be available to attend the whole duration.

The roles are full time roles covering 35 hours per week there are a variety of shift patterns available:
Monday - Friday (shifts between 12-8)
Monday - Saturday (day off in the week, shifts between 9 - 6.30)
Monday - Friday (shifts between 10-6)
