As part of the IT Alliance organization you will work directly on a client site working closely with the in-house team to provide the best possible customer experience that the client requires. We are looking for an Administrator to join our existing team providing Administration support to Project Managers and the Project Teams. What skills will you have: knowledge of a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents strong organizational skills presentation skills and attention to detail the ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload oral and written communication skills tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality teamwork reliability and honesty What will you be doing: Administration of central repository Document Management - Reporting - Producing and publishing consolidated reports Maintain incoming and outgoing correspondence for mailbox Logistics (tracking/planning)
