Overview:The Field Administration Assistant provides a high level of customer service to the Customer Support Associate (CSA) team. They assist with the smooth running of all accounts, including supporting on reception, payroll, data entry, audits, document filing, referencing and additional compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities:Providing ad-hoc reception duties (usually one morning a week, ad-hoc otherwise)Processing contractor start dates, updates and terminationsAssisting the CSA's in accurately processing payrollRequesting, chasing and auditing reference requests for contractors on all accountsScanning, filing and shredding of contractors personal dataProducing weekly and daily reporting on outstanding timesheetsAssisting the team with volume system updates and changesKey skills required:Strong administration and (or) customer service skills requiredAny previous Reception experience would be highly beneficial but not essentialProcess driven worker with a proactive attitude to work Ability to work to tight deadlinesAbility to learn quickly and work under pressure to tight deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAllegis Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
