Exciting opportunity to join this dynamic, specialist firm. This office based role involves liaising with customer to assess their requirements and book their specialist holiday packages. You will be responsible for developing individual client relationships to ensure repeat business. You will make follow-up calls to regular customers to promote special offers and promotions and also handle the administration surrounding each booking. This is a fun and interesting role and would ideally suit someone with experience in a sales based role who has excellent customer service experience. Travel industry qualification and/or experience would be a distinct advantage, although not essential.
