Trainee Surveyor/ Junior Surveyor - No Experience Required (Luton, Bedfordshire)

TRAINEE HOME INSULATION/ ENERGY EFFICIENCY SURVEYORS WANTED TO JOIN OUR BUSY TEAM IN THE LUTON AREA!

Increasing customer demand to conserve energy and save money on their utilities combined with utility funding programs have resulted in our surveying campaign expanding rapidly. We now have several openings in Luton and are looking to recruit self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our successful lead generation & surveying teams.

Main Duties Will Include:

* General assessment of the energy efficiency of residential properties
* Generating quality leads through canvassing and referrals
* Setting surveying appointments and general customer service
* Surveying properties to determine if they qualify for funding

No previous experience is required as we will provide full product training though both practical and theoretical workshops. Our clients provide surveying training, however, general knowledge of building structures and properties is extremely helpful in the development process.

Ideal Candidates Will:

* Be willing to learn and expand comfort zones in residential areas
* Be self motivated and highly determined to achieve targets
* Enjoy working with people, but have the ability to work on an independent basis
