Specification Sales Manager
Location: : London - Leeds
Rate: £ 45 to £ 60 K (full-time (per year)) + £45k - £60k Basic plus bonus plus benefits
Our client is the leading global manufacturer of Specialist Flooring Solutions. Due to continued restructuring and successful growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Specification Sales Manager to come on board and 'take ownership' of the specification side of the organisation within the London area and put in place/execute a forward plan to further grow market share specifically in the retail market.
Role
Reporting to the Group Sales Director, the role entails utilising your existing portfolio of contacts within the retail market growing the company's market share in the specialist flooring market. You will be able to work autonomously with as much guidance and support as required from the excellent existing Director/Management Team in this "can-do' environment.
From initial enquiry, through sale and relationship development you will enjoy being part of this energetic, dedicated and successful team. The person
The successful candidate must currently be a high level sales professional with experience of specifying products into the retail market. Ideally but not necessarily you will already be working in the flooring products market.
Must be a self starter, confident enough to formulate plans with the ability and tenacity to see these plans through. Must desire to be part of a friendly, easy going, but highly professional and successful team but able to work autonomously with a 'can-do' attitude.
