Well established, friendly industrial service company requires an experienced and enthusiastic sales administrator. Duties include;• Producing quotes and logging on to a spreadsheet• Chase up outstanding quotes• Liaising with customers on a daily basis• Sales order processing• Typing letters• Providing a friendly and professional customer service• General administration• Liaising with contactors, architects and builders• Creating and updating excel spreadsheets• Some basic sales and purchase ledger workYou must be proficient in MS Office especially Excel, a great communicator with all kinds of people. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
