The post holder will be required to co-ordinate and develop an innovative and engaging learning programme. This will include the recruitment and induction of learners, the design and delivery of effective schemes of work and session plans across a range of work skills programmes including motivation learning, maths and English development at award levels 1 & 2. The post holder will work with other team members to co-ordinate and ensure achievement of learner starts, retention and attendance, qualification achievement and positive progression in line with contractual requirements of the ESF contract. Report directly to Strategic Operations Manager (SOM) and Directorate Team Main Duties and Responsibilities Curriculum •Provide reports/updates on ESF NEET contract for management team as appropriate. •To co-ordinate and deliver a highly effective ESF NEET curriculum offer – paying particular attention to the continuous improvement development of teaching and learning styles and the effectiveness of the learner experience. •Ensure effective delivery of ESF NEET programme to meet contractual requirements. •Ensure progression rate of 65%+ maintained across Post 16 ESF programmes. •Ensure monitor effective and timely ILP completion and review of learner progress. •Ensure rigorous monitoring of starts, attendance, glh, learner progress, achievement and progression. •To support SOM and Curriculum Co-ordinator with ESF NEET curriculum development ( pre and post 16 ).
