Project Planner

Location: : York - Harrogate, Jobs4Network, Leeds, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, York
Rate: to £ 30 K (full-time (per year)) + company benefits inc pension and healthcare

Our client based in York are looking to recruit project planners to join their rapidly expanding team.

The following is the key criteria required:

Experience

• Ideally construction / engineering background
• Ideally joinery linked apprenticeship (or similar)
• Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ONC/HNC

Qualities

• Able to produce working drawings
• Able to undertake material take offs
• Able to requisition and allocate materials
• Able to produce time sheets
• Able to work under own supervision

Skills

• Ideally be CAD literate although this can be taught
• IT literate, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
• Good organisational skills
• Ideally have appreciation of production planning and building fit-out
• Good written and verbal skills

Attitude

• Tactful
• Diplomatic
• Flexibility to handle a number of projects at any one time
• Team player
• Able to communicate effectively
