Job Specification

The Retford office of this firm are looking to recruit a Probate Legal Executive or Solicitor to expand and promote the department . The successful candidate will be experienced in Wills, Estate and Trusts Administration, Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax Planning. You will be expected to work with minimum supervision and be able to handle a busy caseload.
