Confident, courteous and naturally charming, you’ll find a way to engage with customers on all levels. It’s about finding out exactly what people need, introducing them to products, and working out the best ways in which we can help them. Our reputation depends on you – so create a great first impression and you could win us a customer for life.
You’ll also speak with prospective customers on the phone and via web chat, advising them on the benefits of banking with first direct and ensuring they go away with a glowing impression. Nowhere will your personality mean more.
