Confident, supportive and a great listener, you’ll deal with general mortgage process queries as they come in, supporting customers throughout their home-buying or re-mortgage process. You’ll also make outbound calls to customers, solicitors and third parties – so an ability to strike up a great rapport with a range of people is key.

This is about building great relationships and finding out exactly which of our products and services each customer needs. Analytical, influential and inspired by excellent customer service, you’ll feel right at home in no time.
