Rate: £ 12.5 to £ 14.3 K (full-time (per year)) + Annual Bonus, Pension, Profit Share, 25 days Holiday
Job Description
A brilliant opportunity to work within a world class high street banking organisation. We are looking for FRENCH SPEAKING and ENGLISH SPEAKING candidates to handle incoming calls from members of roadside assistance schemes who have broken down on the road in Europe. It will be your role whilst using a brilliant level of customer service to liase between the customer and our network repair service, including garages, mechanics, hotels and the police.
Training
Training runs over a five week period and is classroom based, followed by four weeks as part of the Academy Team.

Hours
Candidates will be able to work on a FULL TIME basis. The site is open 24 hours a day so we are looking for candidates who have some flexibility in when they want to work. This role would suit someone with other responsibilities during the day or evening. Shift options will be discussed at interview.
