Finance Manager £40,000 to £50,000 plus car/allowance Barnsley

Blue chip client has an opportunity for a Finance Manger, to operate a site turnover of £150m reporting into a General Manager and Group Finance Director. You will posses excellent interpersonal skills with a “hands on” and lean manufacturing ability that has qualified in ACA, CIMA or ACCA. You will have a passionate and enthusiastic personality with the ability to lead from the front and challenge the status quo.

Key areas of responsibility:
Financial planning analysis
Involved in all levels and operations
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Control of audit for internal and external
Team development, training and support
Setting agenda with key budget holders
Risk opportunities and projects
Labour control
Capital
Productivity and KPI's
Continuous improvement
Knowledge of SAP
